As one of the fastest growing urban areas in the country, the Gurgaon/Manesar area utilizes huge amounts of natural resources to function, thus facing severe shortage in water and power. This audit and assessment looks at how solar technology such as solar water heaters and rooftop Solar PVs can be integrated into new infrastructure in order to reduce the areas dependency on resources sourced from outside the region. The report also provides strategies to achieve the potential that currently exists in this area for these solar technologies.
